Personal Assistant to Director @ Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Director in overseeing daily clinic/personal operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on clinic experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service. You will play a key role in supporting the operational and people aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director.
- Assist in monitoring and supporting daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Support recruitment activities for positions, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Work closely with the team to address and resolve team-related issues, support staff engagement, and encourage team discipline and performance.
- Prepare reports and updates as required by the Director on store performance, staff development, and operational issues.
Ad-hoc Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Director as needed, without limitations to working days or hours.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a SME environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
