**About the role**

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd. As a fulltime Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales operations, providing crucial administrative and customer support to our sales team. Based in our office located in the Tampines North East Region, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services to customers
- Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing general office support, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and to enhance the overall customer experience

**What we're looking for**
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
