**About the role**

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Sales department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

**What you will be doing**
- Focus on local business development by getting new accounts or increasing MS with existing accounts
- Seek new customers whose profiles match the strategy defined by Sales Manager
- Develop market share with existing customers to an agreed annual target
- Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers
- Handle RFQ and tenders
- Participate in MBR and QBR
- Protect the company’s benefit by strictly complying with all policies and regulations
- Effectively interacts with other departments including account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
- Study the market inclusive, but not limit to competitors, carriers, manufacturers, to be updated market trends, fluctuation, change
- Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels when required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to sales and business development
- Good in communication and negotiation
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
- Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups
