**Job Description & Requirements**:
**Deployment**
- Manage and supervise security officers’ deployment on all sites through CCTV and Attendance System.
- Ensure that attendance is recorded and actions are taken due to absent, lateness etc.. and raising officers’ issues on Leave etc
- Managing of security system and monitor CCTV and respond in accordance to incident as required
**Administration**
- Handle calls from security officers and clients and direct to the right department with minimum supervision.
- Liaise with Payroll department on officers’ salary issues
- Ensure that security documents are handle in accordance to SOPs accurately.
- Incident Management
- Raised incident cases and report in the incident management system. To ensure that all reports are promptly, accurately maintained, and in accordance with PLRD procedures and policies.
- To report all incidents to management in an accurate and timely manner.
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by Superior and/or Management
**Requirements**:
- At least Senior Security Officer (SSO) rank & above
- At least 1-year experience preferably in the security industry
- Must have understanding of operational or security management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A Team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office
