Roles & Responsibilities

The Security Operations Management Trainee position is designed for individuals who are interested in building a career in the physical security industry. The trainee will participate in an intensive training program focused on gaining experience and skills necessary to become an effective security operations manager.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
1. Develop an understanding of the company's operations, policies and procedures in the physical security industry by working closely with experienced managers and staff.

2. Assist in overseeing and managing daily security operations at various client locations, including managing security personnel, ensuring quality service delivery, and handling client concerns effectively.

3. Identify, analyze, and recommend improvements to achieve security objectives through the deployment of systems, processes, and policies.

4. Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources, Training, and Finance, to ensure the smooth functioning of security operations.

5. Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

6. Monitor and maintain access control systems, CCTV, and other security-related systems.

7. Support the recruitment, selection, and training of security personnel.

8. Respond to security incidents and emergencies.

9. Conduct investigations as required.
