1. Role Description:
This position plans designs and implements processes related to the human capital and general upkeep of companies. He/she develops programs for recruiting interviewing and selecting employees based on the profiles and skills required in the company. He/she manages general assurances of the well-being of the employees in the workplace as well.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
1.Trainee will learn to prepare and budget for security operations and to ensure ample personnels are assigned for the operation and to deliver high quality security services to clients. Trainee will also learn to review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.

2.Trainee will learn to implement safety and health policies and procedures as well as create a safe working culture to ensure that employees are protected against workplace hazards.

3.Trainee would be able to manage customer service. Trainee would also be able to analyse process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout to help implement changes and create a better work environment. Trainee would also be able to offer a listening ear to the team to better delegate work tasks.

4.Trainee will learn to be able to prepare all necessary monthly reports, competitive information sheets, contracts, business correspondence itineraries and common customer complaints reports.

5.Trainee will learn to oversee the safety measures implemented in the company building such as safety alarms, setting up key controls on certain company facilities to limit access for certain personnels and scheduling of shift patrol and guard duties to ensure that the building is well guarded and safe at all times.
