1. Role Description:
Operations Managers oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure tasks are done on schedule.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Thai in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Translating document/webtoon/webcomics content from English to Thai/ Thai to English
Doing research for reaching out to the target audience and provide better translation services, understanding different cultures in translation. Attention to detail, provides clients with quote based on project length and level of complexity. Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation. Good knowledge of content editing tools. Familiarity with translation software
Management of time to complete work on time while producing best quality of translated work/projects. Provide quality assurance for the translation process.
Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue. Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
Regular review of guest comments and implement right solutions for continuous improvement. Able to slove any issues that arise professionally. Maintian good relations with client to ensure good service are provided. Ensure delivery of excellent customer service experience online and offline.
