Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description:
Human resource manager implements processes related to the human capital of the company. He/she develops programs for recruiting interviewing and selecting employees based on the profiles and skills required in the company. He/she manages compensation and development programs for the company's employees comprising trainings skill assessments and yearly evaluations promotion expatriate programs and general assurances of the well-being of the employees in the workplace.

Specific Responsibilities:
1. work with clients to ensure the service/reports is able to be deliver on time and to report any arising issues and solving them together with the Managing Director.

2. work with vendors and partners on various services required and working within specific timelines, to provide quality service.

3. work closely with the Managing Director to learn and understudy how to write a good operation management report, to better do forecasting, budgeting and provide effective and timely updates to the company.

4. understudy and learn about the key safety measure and to monitor and assist Managing Director to better support the safety at work.

5. To be independent and represent the company correctly. Develop leadership qualities to assist in management.

Competencies:
1. To learn about operation management skills, to understand key operation requirements, manage and deliver services on time.

2. To learn about time management and multi tasking skills

3. To learn about professional report writing skills

4. To learn about safety measures and regulations by Ministry of Manpower under Workplace Safety

5. To assist with conducting interviews and participate with recruitment.

4. Duration of Traineeships:6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance:Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,900

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply
