This position reports to the director of operations and interfaces with Organisation managers. Eagle I Security Services Pte. **Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Trainee will understand the basic framework of the company. Trainee will learn to support the planning, execution and delivery of security measures onsite and offsite (online system).

2. Trainee will be exposed to different sites to better understand the requirements and challenges posted at each site. Trainee will learn to better allocate resources to deal with potential issues and pre-empt potential breaches. Trainee will learn to ensure a smooth operation with minimum or no disruption.

3. Trainee will be able to effectively use the security systems to aid and enhance the implemented security measures.

4. Trainee will adopt excellent liaison and coordination skills to handle clients and work with the security team on manpower arrangement to support operations, ad-hoc requests and non-performance on daily operation.

5. Trainee will learn to work cohesively with the team by understanding the strength and weaknesses of each individuals. Trainee will be able to allocate of manpower and resources efficiently by understanding of the company deployment schedule and managing disciplinary matters. Trainee will oversee the entire operation in a greater perspective.
