**Responsibilities
**Monitor CCTV & Attendance of Security Officers**
- Manage and Supervise Security in the site
- Through CCTV and Access Control System.
- Monitoring and reporting of any shortfall to OE and OM
- To report all incidents to OE and OM in an accurate and timely manner.
- To be Familiarized with company SOP’s and to give advice to ground officers.
- Able to use MS Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

**Planning and Development**
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all deployment at assignment sites in order
- Deployment and planning of duty roster
- Investigate and resolve security issues
- Review security procedures

**Submit Reports**
- Involve in Incident reporting
- Prepare weekly management report
- Ensure submission of monthly operation reports to customers
- To ensure that all reports are promptly, accurately maintained, and in accordance with client procedures and policies.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-year experience preferably in the security industry
- Solid understanding of operational or security management
- Excellent communication
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, well-organized
