**_Responsibilities:_**
- Attain annual sales targets; identifying and pursuing target markets; maintaining relationships with previous clienteles and following up on all potential leads
- Fulfill a administrative requirements by maintaining a “Trace file” or “Tickler” file system; developing and adhering to event contracts; delivering work orders to appropriate departments; creating a closing report at the conclusion of each Event; maintaining database of clientele
- Generate revenue by collecting deposits and payments from clients
- Manage Event logistics by communicating event requirements in advance to appropriate departments, i.e. Executive Chef / Restaurant Manager regarding food and beverage service and presentation to ensure that course is in Event condition
- Ensure clients satisfaction by establishing a close working relationship prior to and during the event; addressing clients questions or concerns; attending Events and being available to manage all clients needs and clients post-event to gain feedback
**_Requirements:_**
- Applicant must posses at least Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management in related field
- Good command of spoken and written English is must
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Willingness to travel and work in global team of professionals
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
