**We are hiring a Market and Development Manager**

Your work is required to manage the business pipeline. You will be responsible for managing the agency's ads budget. You need to follow up the development throughout the entire sales funnel from engaging interest to the sales conversion primarily through the digital channel. You are also responsible to answer inquiries and cultivate business through upselling, partner-sales, and cross-selling. You will be the initial client face who is responsible to meet and introduce the agency business to the clients.
As our Market and Development Manager, we will assess and demand your skillset in the performance-based marketing. You are expected to be an agile doer and effective communicator. Your works are full of excitement and challenge with a lot of interactions and learning with the creative people and marketers.
If you have prior experience working in the ads agency, then you are the ideal person who we will consider the right fit.
