**Duties & Supporting Responsibilities**:
1 Assist in wedding planning services: Sales, Coordination, Operation

2 Create and develop marketing strategies and promotional materials

3 Brainstorm design and conceptualizing ideas to fulfil clients’ requirement

4 Attending to customer enquiries and meetings or appointments when required, manage multiple datelines and deliver under pressure

6 Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients

7 Assist the team of Wedding Specialist

8 Other ad-hoc related work which assigned by the management, from time to time.

9 Assist to organize marketing campaigns, related workshops

10 Proactively handle any impromptu situation and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day

**Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A team player with good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
- No work experience is required
- Training will be provided
- Willing to work weekends & Public holidays
