Sales and Marketing Manager for Weddings

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead client acquisition and relationship management for our wedding styling business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Acquisition:
    • Drive end-to-end sales for wedding styling and decor packages from initial inquiry to contract closure.
    • Conduct discovery calls and in-person consultations building trust and understanding client needs.
    • Create customized proposals highlighting our unique value and aligning with couples budgets.
    • Manage pipelines track leads and achieve monthly quarterly sales targets.
    • Cultivate long-term client relationships ensuring high level of satisfaction and referrals.
  • Marketing and Business Development:
    • Collaborate on marketing strategies to generate new leads through social media advertising styled shoots and partnerships.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with partner vendors photographers bridal boutiques cake designers venues etc. to drive cross-referrals.
    • Curate and update sales/marketing collateral to ensure consistent compelling brand message.
    • Analyze market trends competitor offerings and client feedback to refine pricing strategies and packages.
  • Team and Project Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the styling team to align proposals with creative feasibility.
    • Mentor junior sales/marketing associates to uphold service excellence and brand voice.
    • Represent the brand at wedding fairs industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in weddings events hospitality or luxury lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand positioning in the wedding/events industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized persuasive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools social media platforms and design/marketing tools e.g. Canva Adobe is an advantage.
