**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Senior Wedding Sales Executive**to lead client acquisition and relationship management for our wedding styling business. This role blends the art of sales with a strong foundation in marketing, ensuring that our brand continues to attract, inspire, and convert couples into lifelong advocates. You will oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation and consultation to closing — while also shaping campaigns that strengthen our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Client Acquisition**
- Drive end-to-end sales for wedding styling and décor packages, from initial inquiry to contract closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and in-person consultations, building trust and understanding client needs.
- Create customized proposals that highlight our unique value and align with couples’ budgets.
- Manage pipelines, track leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and referrals.

**Marketing & Business Development**
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to generate new leads through social media, advertising, styled shoots, and partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with partner vendors (photographers, bridal boutiques, cake designers, venues, etc.) to drive cross-referrals.
- Curate and update sales/marketing collateral to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine pricing strategies and packages.

**Team & Project Collaboration**
- Work closely with the styling team to align proposals with creative feasibility.
- Mentor junior sales/marketing associates to uphold service excellence and brand voice.
- Represent the brand at wedding fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of sales experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industries.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing and brand positioning in the wedding/events industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, persuasive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and design/marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
