The Operations Manager Trainee will undergo structured training to understand the complete process of wedding planning and execution.

This role will focus on developing managerial and operational skills to ensure smooth coordination across all functions, from preparation to post-event services.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations related to wedding planning, design, and execution.
  • Coordinate with different departments (planning, design, decoration, execution, and post-production) to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Support in scheduling timelines and resource allocation for wedding projects.
  • Monitor inventory and procurement of wedding-related materials and décor items.
  • Ensure that event setups meet the company's standards of quality, creativity, and cultural refinement.
  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth collaboration.
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges quickly to avoid delays or disruptions during wedding preparations.
  • Participate in reviewing post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company values of integrity, responsibility, and innovation in every task.
