The Director of Partner Success & Capability Development will own the Global UiPath Credential programs, including Academy Certifications, Company certifications (USN, UASE etc), Individual certifications (Proven professional) and Certified trainer programs.
You will ensure the platforms exists to support the accreditation and testing of the UiPath Ecosystem Partners,. You will be responsible for capability enablement to support the joint Go to Market (GTM) plans with our entire Partner Ecosystem within the region (tier one & two).
You will be representing APJ at a global level within UiPath - This will be to ensure regional needs are met while innovating with global stakeholders to solve common problems for all.
**Working with stakeholder to expand and evolve the onboarding process to support existing and new Partners.**:
- Help the Partner Ecosystem achieve successful customer outcomes by enabling and developing their multiple roles to become self-sufficient.
- Collaborate with both UiPath and our Ecosystem of Partners to identify, qualify and prioritise talent enablement to provide coverage for opportunities aligned to their GTM.
- Participate in periodic opportunity review meetings to help provide insight into how to best develop talent.
- You will work with regional sales and presales management to steer and strengthen the APJ Partner Ecosystem.
- Engage Partners in technology vision and strategy discussions and seed tech practice development investments within our focus GSI/RSIs across APJ.
- Contribute to the rollout of technical programs/deliverables from UiPath Partner Programs to the Partner Ecosystem explaining how to sell and position our value proposition, products, and success offerings.
**Define and track RoE metrics to report in real-time Partners capabilities and help define gaps that can be put into a development plans.**:
- Link Partner capability to SFDC opportunities for tracking and support.
- Provide Partners access to RoE information.
- Align RoE and enablement to the UiPath Partner Programs in the Partner Ecosystem.
- Expand and simplify role based enablement that can underpin key Partner GTM strategies which are aligned to Vertical / Industry RPA UiPath solutions.
- Present reports to the Executive team to show APJ capability, gaps and opportunities to expand, support, build, etc..
- Actively provide RoE information for QBR and Partner planning reviews with Regional and Territory teams.
**Capability development and support**:
- Work with the global UiPath team to build internal capability to support Partner PoC’s and Developers that can scale.
- Work closely with global Channel/Partner/Product Development teams inside UiPath - building additional internal capability to support Tier one and two Partners in selling, implementing, supporting and expanding the adoption of RPA inside their customer towards the fully automated enterprise.
- In addition, the role must represent APJ regional Stakeholders to ensure the right structure is available within UiPath to support AJP to broaden the capability portfolio within the Partners by providing localization of enablement to cater for all tiers of Partners.
- Provide positive capability leadership and representation of UiPath to the Partner Ecosystem, customers, vendors, and to all employees that shows the value of being a UiPath Partner or certified developer.
- Represent UiPath as a speaker at industry aligned events by showcasing solutions and our unique value proposition.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive products to effectively address and dispel objections to UiPath solutions within our APJ Ecosystem.
- Engage with Partner Ecosystem Development leaders to help build enablement strategies within their companies.

- Ability to represent APJ Partner capability development needs at a global level inside UiPath to ensure regional needs are met and funded.
- Ability to innovate Partner capability strategy and execution in APJ with the view to scale it globally
- Building a world class showcase that highlights APJ customer success with gamification and rewards for Partners.
- Ability to gain the confidence of both Senior Management and Technical Staff inside UiPath and externally.
- Foster and maintain internal and external relationships to be significantly leveraged in driving additional UiPath business.
