You will ensure that equipment stakeholders meet contractual obligations and deliverables.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Ensure proper follow through on equipment packages from pre-PO phase all the way until completion as per contractual and project requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to conclude the Contract/PO
- Review of stakeholders’ document such as ITP, Quality Plan, Procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders for the spare parts list and commissioning spares
- Attendance/leading of the pre-inspection meeting if applicable
- Coordinating with stakeholders for inspection and testing
- Ensuring inspection Notifications for Inspection (NOI) are issued by stakeholders
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare, update and timely submission of weekly/monthly reports including procurement map
- Monitor and track stakeholders’ payment milestones and ensure stakeholders are meeting the requirements for each payment milestone.
- Coordinate and support stakeholders to manage variation/claim
- Review and verify invoices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing, and preservation requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for any guarantee/warranty matters
- Coordinate with stakeholders for site support for installation, testing and commissioning
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely submission of final vendors data books and documentation Assignment of 3rd Party Inspectors
- Monitor inspection activities and progress.
- Review and approve inspection reports. Return approved reports to stakeholders for vendor data book compilation
- Review and follow-up with NCR and punch list
- Approve Inspection Release Certificate (IRC) prior to final release of material/equipment/comp
- Discussions with stakeholders on technical clarification/deviation
- Discussions with stakeholders on ITP, Testing and Commissioning Procedures etc.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in equipment package management scope of work

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
