Equipment Package Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements, coordinating with buyers to finalize purchase orders and monitoring vendor document submissions.
  • They will also be responsible for managing inspections and testing, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and spare parts.
  • Liaising with vendors, project teams, owners' reps, and third-party inspectors will be a key aspect of the role, as well as organizing progress meetings and tracking vendor performance and payments.
  • The successful candidate will support installation, commissioning, warranty matters, and ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Requirements
  • A degree from a recognized tertiary institute or equivalent is essential.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required, with EPC experience being highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a positive and willing-to-learn attitude, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multitasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
