Equipment Installation and Service Lead

As an Equipment Installation and Service Lead, you will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of Pick and Place equipment for Advanced Packaging. You will lead continual equipment improvement programs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhauls, modifications, and repair works. Additionally, you will liaise with customers on technical matters, respond to complaints, provide timely solutions to resolve customers' issues for assigned projects. You will also monitor and report the performance of products, provide regular updates and feedback on customer service requests. Furthermore, you will support in-house application development, customer sample evaluation, and on-site benchmarking exercises.

Requirements

* Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
* Semiconductor Pick & Place equipment and Epoxy process knowledge
* Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
* Meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player
* Highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
* Able to work in cleanroom environment at customer site
* May be required to work or be on standby after office hours, weekends, and public holidays
* Frequent travels are required
* At least 3 years of relevant experience
