HR Data Analyst

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the team to drive data transformation in HR
- Exploit and fuse HR data from various sources to derive HR statistics and trends for reporting to stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, correlations in HR data to uncover gaps and provide meaningful insights and recommendations
- Use predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast workforce trends for supporting medium and long-term business needs

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related study
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous
- Good written and communication skills
- Self-driven, able to work well independently as well as in a team
