**Key Responsibilities** The Role**

The primary role is to provide insights into the SATS Food Solutions Supply Chain across multiple business units, including the development and preparation of regular KPI and Supply Chain Planning/IBP dashboards as well as various ad-hoc data analytics as needed.

**Key responsibilities**
- Compile and report monthly Key Performance indicators for Integrated Business Planning including Demand, Inventory, Production and Supply Planning.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analytics for various Supply Chain Planning and Visibility topics to provide insights and assist in identifying and solving issues being faced.
- Support the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OE/S&OP Review meetings with cross-functional reporting
- Work with Corporate Data Analytics Team to develop the required IBP Dashboards and KPI reporting under the SATS Corporate Power BI capability.
- Identify methods and techniques to identify master data and transactional data discrepancies and errors and raise for solving with relevant parties.
- Support the DISC IBP team with their questions on how to prepare and analyze data correctly and support and guide them through their own analysis.
- Assist in training the wider SATS IBP community on data analytics to improve the overall teams capability.

**Key Requirements**

- Degree in Supply Chain/IT
- Minimum 2 years related experience working as a Data Analyst with deep experience preparing data and analyzing to provide insights
- Experience in data analytics within a supply chain function is highly valued
- Prior experience with working in SAP S/4 and any Supply Chain Planning and Optimization systems
- With strong analytical and modeling skills with extensive data analysis (Excel/Access or more advanced tools) and strong mathematical abilities
- Power BI or other similar tools dashboard development experience
- Experience in demand planning tools / software in a food catering / food & beverage or similar industry
- Knowledge in statistical theories and methods are of advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective customer and internal business partner relationships, with proven ability to influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization required.
