**Job Scope**
- Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy.
- Planning/Sourcing/Buying of goods, material and services in line with cost targets.
- Manage suppliers on efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Determine supply chain KPIs; Responsible for supplier’s delivery, service and quality performance.
- Manage product costing; define and execute cost reduction activities.
- Purchasing contract negotiations, ensure contractual terms are in line with company business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines in executing purchasing policies in purchasing contract negotiations and awards processes.
- Support alternate component sourcing and qualification activities.
- Support product/supplier cost/process optimization activities.
- Operations management in the following areas:
- Procurement and Purchasing
- Logistics
- Warehousing
- Production
- Sales logistics
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 5-8 years of working experience in a relevant environment
- Operational experience in a medical product company.
- Experience with ISO 13485
- Strong supply chain background and experience in supplier management.
- Possess strong drive and initiative; keen sense of urgency.
- Strong project/program management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a cross functional team; across cultures and geographic locations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $6,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
