This role has multiple finance support responsibilities which include **manufacturing, logistics and procurement for SEA Supply Chain**. He/She will be responsible for the monthly closing, ad-hoc reporting; monthly forecasts; annual budgets including preparation of cost accounting analysis; maintenance of strong internal financial controls, including maintaining compliance with SOX requirements; and driving strong performance management across manufacturing and logistics.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for analysing, explaining, and communicating Supply Chain incurred / released P&L comprising of Manufacturing, Logistics, Material Loss and Procurement
- Partner with Supply Chain Leader on the monthly forecasting process as well as the annual budgeting process, including preparation of budget deck and templates for submission to Regional
- Prepare annual Standard Cost roll to be used in the following year
- Business Partnering with Sales team to drive margin projects
- Assist in strengthening of internal controls and accounting practices, and in SOX compliance
- Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting / ACCA or equivalent;
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience;
- able to commit for 1 year contract renewable position
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”), SAP and AccPac will be preferred although not essential;
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal skills and strong ability to interact with multiple levels of management and staff;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a working knowledge and prior experience with FP&A, systems analysis;
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, meticulous and independent;
- Have a high tolerance for ambiguity and strong sense of business acumen;
- Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and to foster a positive, fulfilling work environment.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
