**Key Areas of Accountability/Responsibility**
- Prepare, coordinate and Implement SOP's and checklists according to group operation and IMS standards for logistic and order center activities
- Coordinate, arrange and monitor deliveries based on customer requirements in order to reduce customer complaints
- Issue full set of shipping documents and forward to customer in a timely manner so that shipped goods can be cleared on time without delay
- Propose and implement process improvement activities to meet group operation & IMS standards
- Coordinate and negotiate with freight forwarders on shipping costs, schedules, transport and shipping documentation arrangements to ensure timely delivery and efficient custom clearance
- Update monthly Backlog, Inventory Status as well as Open Orders
- Prepare safety stock in Romer Warehouse based on statistical sales quantities
- Review Temperature monitoring chart of Cold rooms
- Negotiate pricing for Shipping Boxes and Shipping Rate for cost reductions
- Coordinate with Global Team for Permit Applications for Toxin Standards

**Required Education & Skills**
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business and or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant regional experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with internal/external customers
- Independently manage, plan and organize, workload within established deadlines in a team-oriented, high-volume, at times stress environment
- Ability to handle detailed information and ambiguous information with a high degree of accuracy
- SAP proficiency will be preferred
