**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establishes sales plans and strategies to strengthen the business and increase market share, volume, and revenue in accordance with company objectives
- Managing all sales teams across the organization - recruiting and developing efficient sales teams by setting measurable targets, monitoring growth, organizing, and making appropriate adjustments to exceed potential
- Cultivating lasting relationships with key customers both externally and internally to boost customer loyalty
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- A minimum of 8 years' sales and account management experience, preferably in the Financial and/or Fintech sector
- Track record of managing large sales teams and exceeding quotas
- Pipeline driven individual with experience devising sales process flowcharts and implementing new initiatives
- A strong sense of analytics and quantitative skills; the ability to interpret hard data, make recommendations, and take action based on information
- Strategic thinker with a knack for solving problems and an ability to work well in a start-up environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
