Responsible for the execution of human resource processes and transactions for assigned areas of responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner. These will include but not limited to the following:

- Process manpower invoices from institutions to ensure accuracy of the records.
- Manage school-wide staff related procurement.
- Track home trip entitlement.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of taxable benefits.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to the Ministry for government-paid leaves.
- Work closely with the various stakeholders for the provision and reversal of financial year-end accruals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as in teams.
