**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and Selection
- job posting in various job portals, first cut of filter suitable applicant
- Preparation of Letter of Appointment for new hire and onboarding Orientation
- Work Passes Administration
- Process monthly payroll via Timesoft Cloud base system, prepare monthly reports and CPF Submission
- Monitor new hires’ confirmation and timely disseminate appraisal form to superior
- Monitor Employees on contract employment and prepare the necessary documentation
- Completion and submission of Statutory Surveys within the stipulated timeframe
- Submission of claims for Government schemes, such as Profamily leave scheme
- Submission of IRAS returns such IR21 and IR8E
- Assist in Group Insurance renewal
- Assist in yearly Performance Appraisal
- Update Employee Handbook as and when required
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Preferably with three years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and Labour Law
- Well versed with service industry work permit matter
- Advantageous for those with Timesoft hand on experience
- Sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters
- Meticulous, patient and pleasant personality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
