**Responsibilities**:

- Generating contracts and invoices for our clients
- Monitoring of incoming payment
- Sending payment reminders to our clients
- Preparing monthly P&L report for our management team
- Assisting with recruitment processes such as arranging and scheduling of interviews
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
- Managing employee records as well as inventory matters
- Updating company CRM system
- Administrative work
