**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services **function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of the Financial Strategy Capital Management team
- Support the efficient delivery of regulatory submissions and public disclosures on Group and Bank’s capital positions
- Support the coordination and execution of the Group-wide internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) and capital simulation exercises
- Develop FLASH report / management dashboards to monitor capital consumption across business segments and countries
- Support business units in assessing the capital and RWA implications of business growth strategies and investment opportunities
- Participate in Basel IV project implementation
- Support various regulatory submissions to MAS, including surveys and QIS (Quantitative Impact Study) to BCBS
- Build effective processes to track workflows and manage key risk areas; escalate issues for resolution
- Assist in correspondence with MAS, Group Audit and External Auditors on regulatory reporting matters

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent professional certification
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
- Good knowledge of MAS Notice 637 or Basel capital rules
- Experience in capital reporting, management or planning activities will be an advantage
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage various internal and external stakeholders
- Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
