**About the Department**:
The **Corporate Sustainability Office**oversees and drives UOB’s sustainability strategy and roadmap, aligned to the Bank’s vision and embedded in the business strategy. It ensures that the sustainability strategy pillars and objectives are operationalised and implemented through actionable and measurable plans and initiatives by functions across the Group.

**Responsibilities**:
The Corporate Sustainability team’s responsibilities include:

- collaborating with corporate functions on the development and implementation of relevant sustainability strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures and initiatives to drive the achievement of corporate sustainability targets;
- developing content that establishes UOB as a thought leader in sustainability among internal and external stakeholders;
- leading employee training programmes to deepen awareness and understanding of sustainability across the Group; and
- providing support in business management for Corporate Sustainability Office.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

- driving sustainability disclosures and reporting across mediums, ensuring alignment to relevant requirements and standards;
- collaborating with and providing counsel to business and corporate functions on the positioning and articulation of sustainability strategies and programmes; and
- providing support on business management for Corporate Sustainability Office.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised university degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience in sustainability reporting, and knowledge of reporting requirements including Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards’ Sustainability Disclosure Standards (also referred to as International Sustainability Standards Board or ISSB).
- Solid communications and writing skills with the ability to interpret and translate strategic concepts into concise and meaningful narratives.
- Strong interest in and understanding of global, regional and local sustainability trends and developments.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for accuracy.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
