**About the Department**:
The **Audit** function is an independent internal audit team that provides objective assurance and consulting to improve and add value to the Group’s operations. We help the Group achieve its strategic objectives by adopting a systematic and disciplined approach towards evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
**Responsibilities**:
As a senior member of the Technology & Digitalisation Audit Division, you will be required to
- Lead or participate in technology audits, which include reviewing the Bank’s IT infrastructure and controls, and IT processes.
- Plan, organise, and execute internal audits in accordance with Group Audit methodology and regulations.
- Devise effective audit testing, including the use of data analytics.
- Prepare audit plans and audit reports, including recommending business-focused solutions to improve risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
- Represent Group Audit in formal committee and senior leadership team meetings
- Supervise, manage, and mentor the audit team
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or its equivalent.
- 15 years of experience, ideally in audit with technology infrastructure domain experience.
- Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas
- Network, Systems and Database Security
- Cloud Security
- Cyber Security
- Software development methodologies (both Agile and Waterfall)
- DevOps
- Good knowledge in one or more IT systems supporting banking businesses such as treasury, consumer, wholesale, and asset management.
- Good understanding of risk management and compliance processes in a banking environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CISA or CISSP certifications will be added advantage.
