**Job Description**:
The main duty of Key Account Manager is responsible for the direction, guidance and motivation of all staff under your control, ensure the profitable delivery of all existing and future programmes of work, within your areas of responsibility, preparation and provision of technical quotes, test specifications, handling technical enquires and liaison with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop the capability, products and services within your group to meet the current and future business requirements of the contract. Responsible for third party management and Purchase Orders.
- Agree with the Programme Manager the annual budget for sales and profit, and also agree any changes in the planned resource for your areas of responsibility.
- Provide monthly reports as necessary detailing the business activities within your area of responsibility.
- Attend monthly operations group management meetings and business group meetings as necessary.
- Support the Programme Manager in the winning of new and repeat business for the group.
- Participate in external/internal audits within the key clients and Trescal facilities, also report future audits to the Trescal Quality Manager in line with Key Account requirements.
- Be responsible for ensuring compliance with mandatory and legislative QH&S/HS&E aspects of work and implementation.
- Ensure that you and staff under your control execute all work properly and safely to the correct procedure using the appropriate equipment
- Prepare new customer account information and forward information to the Accounting Department.
- Day-to-Day liaison with sub-contractors where out-standing purchase orders or where deficient deliveries are identified to minimize business disruption.
- Progress and co-ordinate client requests / approval documentation
- Schedule and coordinate the on-site process, equipment pick-ups, and customer priorities. Follow up on customer and vendor inquiries regarding delivery information.
- Ad hoc work as assigned by Programme manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation).
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate and work as team.
