**Roles & Responsibilities**

Synergy AVL Pte Ltd is a rapidly growing company established in 2007. It offers a vast variety of services focusing on Construction & HVLS industry.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Responsible for providing administrative services and support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents needed.
- Maintaining office files (filing and documentation).
- Prepare documents and reports.
- Clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing.
- Provide receptionist duties such as answering and transferring phone calls, and responding to inquiries.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in doing general office works/ administrations.
- Knowledge of Office Administration.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Must have analytical and problem - solving skills.
- Very effective organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient computer skills and superior knowledge of MS Office / MS Applications.
- Stress management and time management skills.
- Must be honest and trustworthy.
- Must be respectful and possesses cultural awareness and diversity.
- Must have strong work ethic.
- Able to multi - task.
