Finance & Admin Executive

5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location: Ubi

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closings.
  • Process vendor payments and handle GST submissions.
  • Support budget monitoring, cash flow tracking, and project cost reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure operational compliance.
  • Assist with procurement and contract administration.
  • Serve as primary contact for corporate secretary, banks, and auditors.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office and financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with accounting software - QuickBooks
  • Attentive to details
  • Full-set accounting knowledge
