Job Title: Senior Finance Executive (BYD&Denza)

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations and best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with Singaporean laws and regulations.
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial leadership and mentorship to other members of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Full Set Accounts, issuing tax invoice, commission invoice, GST submission and others finance related transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment in Singapore.
  • Strong understanding of Singaporean financial regulations, practices, and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.
