Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday (WFH), 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive with at least 3 years of experience and a portfolio demonstrating strong marketing capabilities. The role involves managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, offline channels, events, and brand initiatives. Candidates should be able to run ads, optimize SEO, manage Shopify, coordinate influencers and partnerships, support design and content creation, and lead a small marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute full-scope marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, offline, and event channels.
  • Manage the Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates, promotions, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive engagement and sales.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and brand partners for collaborations and campaigns.
  • Lead content creation and management for social media, email marketing, and website.
  • Oversee design and creative development, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support event planning, brand activations, and retail promotions.
  • Lead and supervise marketing team members, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a portfolio showcasing full-scope campaigns.

  • Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Digital marketing: Ads, SEO, social media, email campaigns

  • E-commerce management: Shopify or similar platforms
  • Influencer and partnership marketing
  • Content creation and graphic design coordination (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Event management and brand activations
  • Experience supervising a marketing team and executing multiple campaigns/projects

Additional Information:

  • Occasional weekend (Sat & Sun or PH) work may be required for events; time off in lieu will be provided
