Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday (WFH), 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Salary Range: $3,500 – $4,500

Job Overview:

Responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms, including e-commerce management, digital advertising, SEO, influencer and partnership coordination, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Manage and maintain Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates, promotions, and analytics.
  • Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search ranking.
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and brand partners for marketing collaborations.
  • Manage content calendars for digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.
  • Supervise team members in executing marketing activities.
  • Support event planning and execution, including retail activations and brand campaigns.
  • Work with design teams on marketing materials and visual content development.
  • Prepare and review marketing performance reports and recommend adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or e-commerce.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.
  • Experience in campaign management, influencer engagement, and partnership marketing.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
  • Experience in event coordination or brand activations.
  • Experience in supervising team members.

Additional Information:

  • Occasional weekend (Sat & Sun or PH) work may be required for events; time off in lieu will be provided
