Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and manage online and offline marketing strategy across a variety of brands and platforms
  • Monitor marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, Company's website and E-commerce website
  • Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales fulfilment
  • Evaluate current marketing program and recommending improvements, stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
  • Design and develop online and offline marketing collateral – Signages, Banners, Ads, Posters, Social Media material, EDMs, etc.
  • Build relationships with key media, agencies, vendors and brands to develop engaging content for print, digital and in-store communications channel
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors & third-party business partners to ensure marketing objectives are met according to branding guidelines & artistic integrity
  • Develop, execute and maintain a creative in-store visual merchandising strategy
  • Duties assigned as deemed appropriate for Marketing Executive

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Experience in Meta Business Suite, E-commerce (ideally Shopify), Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator & Wordpress
  • Experience in Roadshow will be preferred
  • Experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software would be an advantage
  • E-commerce experience is a plus, experience in retail would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Possess good initiative and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, resourceful and creative
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to manage our Chinese speaking associates and Chinese social media channels).
