Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire local and overseas clients to meet sales targets through channels such as cold calls and email.
  • Market and promote the company's services.
  • Negotiate terms and margins with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Resolve client issues and maintain ongoing engagement with existing customers.
  • Focus on customer success and act as the main point of contact for key partners.
  • Provide administrative support to local and overseas clients.
  • Ensure all Sales Executives meet or exceed activity targets for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures.
  • Lead by example for Sales Executives in professional conduct, commitment, organization, sales skills, and work habits.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales role, or equivalent. Experience in logistics and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and/or parcel delivery is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sourcing new business clients.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to work well independently and in teams.
  • Strong at networking and relationship building, highly goal-driven, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
