About the role
Exceltec Enviro Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time position will involve engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales of our innovative environmental products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
- Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into sales
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns to generate new leads
- Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationship
- Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the environmental or sustainability industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and technology to support the sales process
- Posses driving license
