We're looking for a driven, design-savvy sales professional to grow our network, build lasting industry relationships, and showcase our premium products to Singapore's design community.

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and referrals to convert prospects into clients.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training to influence buying decisions.
  • Track sales trends and competitor activity, recommending effective strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Represent Catalyste at trade fairs, design exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
  • Support showroom consultations when needed.

You Bring

  • Diploma/Degree preferred; 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Passion for interior design, architecture, or materials — experience in interior surfaces or related fields is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular client visits.

Candidates with greater experience will be evaluated for consideration in a Senior Executive role.
