Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and motivate Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategy
- Achieve sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis
- Follow up and report on all sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee successful development and launch of new product initiatives
- Set pricing levels and strategies in coordination with management
- Maintain existing business levels while ensuring constant flow of new business activity
- Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts
- Develop and implement annual business plans, updating them on a rolling monthly basis
- Monitor and report market trends and competitor activity
- Respond to external and internal customer needs and assist in timely resolution of any issues or concerns
- Develop business where it does not exist today
- Present to a group of multiple decision makers in various segments
- Provide market intelligence and necessary recommendations to R&D teams
- Ensure timely and proper management reporting as per corporate expectations
- Represent the company properly in all areas with regards to customers, local government regulations, and external relations.

Requirement
- With related or relevant industries or construction background
- Working location: Ubi Ave 3, Singapore 408868
- Working days: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Car allowance - $500, company petrol card - $500. Transportation reimbursement given if no car for salesman.
