Managing the day-to-day inbound enquiries from all communication channels and responding to all potential leads.
- To vet through the leads, issue quotation, and sending invoices to converted leads.
- To do project cost calculations and work with the higher supervisor on the mark-ups and to do the final costing as well as billing.
- Provide customer service to regular clients and new clients for matters pre-sales and post sales activities.
- To manage the CRM and Sales system and to update all pipelines and to ensure the deliveries of all the onboarded projects.
- To coordinate the project deliveries with the project team upon successful conversion.
- To do basic administration based on the requirements including managing databases and customers’ documents.
- To assist the sales manager on following up on all the leads and referrals.
- To do other tasks required by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, outgoing, and willing to interact with Customers.
- Willing to learn new skills and allocate time to upgrade the knowledge as well as skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Good communication in English both spoken and written.
- Attentive to details and hard working.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
