
Executive - Training Admin

This role supports the Training and Office Administration matters, assisting and overseeing training administration for courses/workshops/talks conducted for internal/external parties.
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Update pre, post / update workshop dates on website, update workshop status.
- Plan and organize training schedule, prepare training group list, creating QR codes, training handouts and certificates etc.
- Oversee preparation of materials and logistics for the upcoming training sessions.
- Prepare and monitor registration, completion of quiz, surveys, pre and post evaluations etc.
- Completing the report after each training, data will be used for management report.
- Analyzing the data to ensure that all necessary data is captured and to study the trend for process improvement.
- Review the training administration process to make improvements.
- Any other duties as assigned.
**Key Deliverables**
- Participants, external and internal stakeholders provide positive feedback on the admin/logistic aspects of courses/workshops/talks (efficiently and effectively).
- Staff/volunteers provide positive feedback on a conducive working environment.
- Prudent and effective use of resources and usage of digital processes whenever possible.
- No findings by external auditor indicating non-compliance of procedures and regulations
**Educational Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business Admin, Project management or related qualification
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience
**Relevant Experience**
- Has experience working in nonprofit or social service organizations
- Ability to multi-task
- Data mining and reporting capability
- General administration
- Training administration
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Good interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills
- Approachable and patient
- Familiar with O365, MS Office, Zoom, Teams
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
