This role will deliver day-to-day admin support to the regional office in Singapore including Head of Asia Pacific and CAO Asia Pacific.

The incumbent will also provide admin support to Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific.

**Responsibilities**

**Support to Head of APAC and CAO APAC**
- Provide administrative support to Head of Asia Pacific and CAO Asia Pacific.
- Arrange, coordinate and manage schedules.
- Handle travel arrangements; prepare travel itineraries and filing of expense claims.

**HR Admin**
- Administer employee benefits such as perquisites, leaves, medical, insurance.
- Post job openings on government portal.
- Administer onboarding & offboarding of Asia Pacific employees, new hire announcements.
- Process all government paid leave claims and training grants.
- Assist with staff queries on HR related matters such as benefits, immigration, leave, certification letters.
- Coordinate immigration requirements and work passes related issues.
- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.

**General Office Admin**
- Coordinate management meetings, annual staff dinners and other company’s events.
- Maintain APAC organisation charts, headcount report.
- Provide quarterly report to Finance.
- Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
- Coding of invoices in Ariba system.
- Provide coverage for Receptionist/Admin Assistant during their absence

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to details and analytic capability.
- Structured, focused, methodical approach; adhering to and continually improving processes.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities and adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Ability to work independently, operate under pressure and within matrix/ fast changing environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and colleagues in Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and confidence communicating to a variety of levels across the organization.
- Have a high sense of confidentiality both within and outside of the organization.
- Awareness of the importance of risks and controls and data privacy management.
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
