- Support the development and implementation of HR strategy
- Support coordination of staff movement processes including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Assist in operational HR enquiries
- Organise collaboration with universities and agencies
- Support in the context of staff training and development
- Analyse market study and staff survey results
- Assist in the maintenance of HR system
- Assist in office management tasks
**Qualifications

- Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
- Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding

**Duration: 6 months, Full-time internship**
