My client, an IT provider in the SaaS field, are hiring an HR Associate/Assistant to support the HR operations & admin for the office with possible exposure to regional.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative work duties
- Managing employee and company insurance
- End-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting of profiles, coordination of interviews
- Handle employee training matters such as attendance and records
- Coordinate HR events and staff welfare activities for employee engagement
- Maintain P-files and employee leave and claims records
- Filling of IR21 and IR8A
- Manage office administrative matters such as upkeep of office maintenance
- Others duties as assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years experience in the HR field
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectivelyAble to work well in a fast-paced environment
