Key Account Manager

Exceed sales targets by developing effective and specific account plans for the assigned territory, ensuring revenue and gross profit targets are met for sustainable growth.
- Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers, leveraging them to drive sales strategy within the organization.
- Establish a robust network and foundation to identify and pursue future business opportunities.
- Tailor sales strategies according to each customer's technology requirements and growth plans.
- Take the lead in managing accounts, cultivating relationships, conducting prospect profiling, and overseeing sales cycles.
- Create comprehensive business plans that address customers' priorities on Microsoft solutions.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to managing a rolling sales pipeline.
- Effectively present and promote all available Microsoft solutions to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Advance and close sales opportunities, coordinating with relevant teams for successful execution.
- Skillfully position Softline in the market, outperforming competitors.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline information in the CRM system.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the field is required for this position.
- Demonstrated experience in account management or direct sales of Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare, Citrix, Trend Micro products, or related areas in Cloud.
- Proficient in solution and consultative sales of IT Infrastructure Solutions.
- Thorough understanding of various software products and their licensing policies.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Driven by targets, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving defined objectives.
