We are looking for a **Head of **St**rategic Partnerships **who can find, foster and create this within our Offline to Online (O2O) team here at Coca-Cola ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Operating Unit (OU).

Set Strategic Direction:

- Working with our Global and regional O2O vertical leads (Business to Business, Business to Consumer & Direct to Consumer) **define our partnership framework**, broadening the digital ecosystem to help deliver on our annual and long-range plans across ASP
- **
Define the engagement strategy** for each regional partnership, working in collaboration and consultation with Central & OU O2O, local bottlers and 3rd party platforms (eg Wabi2b)
- **
Understand the full digital eco-system**, highlighting key areas of collaboration & transformation, conducting regular, quantitated assessments of the markets and potential
- **
Understand the Coca-Cola system offline opportunities **that could be leveraged through digital partnerships and ensure these are firmly linked to the partnership framework
- **
Influence and inspire **the network of leaders, both internal and external to see the potential incremental value creation, ‘opening the door’ to differential partnership
- **
Drive sales, distribution and country alignment on the partnerships agenda**: strategic direction, value creation, Proof of Concept, KPI setting and validation of success

Proof of Concept:

- **
Ownership end to end of the Proof of Concept** process with newly established partners
- To ensure value creation for all, this role needs to define with partners the **key parameters of success (POCs) **from which systematic scaling can occur. This must be consistent and aligned with all parties in the value chain
- **
Foster strong collaboration** from all parties, one built on trust and transparency
- **
Ensure strong project management of all POCs**:

- **Diligence on confidentiality** and consistent consultation with legal is a must, ensuring the protection of all parties involved
- Promote **regional partnerships** to leverage our strength across the OU and drive efficiencies
- Define and align **measurement protocols and data standards **up front, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of results
- **
Ensure consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders** of progress/updates
- In collaboration with our Value to Market Franchise teams, **foster also offline opportunities**
- Stay **well connected to the O2O Central Unit**, ensuring visibility and consistency

Implementation:

- As we move new partnerships from successful POC or existing ones to the next level of partnership, **establish strong Joint Business Planning principles**
- In a critical step moving to operational teams for all parties, this role must ensure a**ll parties are upskilled, informed and know their role in scaling**
- Establish a cadence of measurement and reporting back to founding partnership stakeholders

Governance:

- Communicate with O2O Central Unit to enable visibility and coordination across the groups
- Ensure central partnerships strategies are executed and adapted to OU reality, including evaluating local B2B partnerships that drive new revenue streams
- Collect the centrally-defined data requirements and methods in conjunction with Platform Services to allow for data to be consolidated and used for tracking results and generating insights
**KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**
**Experience**
- **
10+ years** of leadership **experience in eCommerce/eRTM/digital related fields**
- Must have **strong general management** and **business profile**:

Proven success within e-commerce setting**:

Proven success in value creation through partnerships**:

- **
Fundamental understanding of FMCG, technology & digital partners** across the region
- **
Exposure to payment platforms and fintech/start up**
- Ability to **define region priorities** based on understanding of local business solutions
- Critical to **understand System financials/economics**
- Strong **planning, financial, project management and collaboration skills**
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Experience **working with TCCC external partners** (bottlers and customers)
- Experience working in **cross**-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred**
